RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not issuing transit permits for transportation of.the timber from petitioners patta lands as permitted by the 1st respondent in Rc.No.E2l1268l10 dt.31-05-2014 and as per the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.1201/2010N3 dt.02-O6-2O14 as illegal, arbitrary and capricious l.A.
