O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The auction purchaser in the e-auction held on 15.09.2016 by the State Bank of India is the petitioner. It seeks a direction to the bank to complete the formalities in relation to the said sale by issuing the sale certificate pursuant to the confirmation dated 15.09.2016. Sri Maruthi Jadav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the State Bank of India, Sircilla Branch, Karimnagar District, would inform this Court that as W.P.No.32302 of 2016 filed by the borrower was dismissed by this Court vide a separate order, there would be no hindrance to the bank in proceeding further in the matter. He would undertake that the sale certificate would be issued and registered in favour of the petitioner within one week.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of directing the State Bank of India, Sircilla Branch, Karimnagar District, to take steps accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
