RespondenUComplainant Petition under Section 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Crime No. 187 ol 2021 , on the file of the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan, Hyderabad, by imposing any terms and conditions in the interest of justice The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI B SANTOSH Advocate for the Petitioner and the Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Sole Respondent, the Coud made the following.

ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner / A.3, lor grant of bail in Crime No.187 ol 2O2L on the file of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2, Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A,3, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3 that accused No.1 in the subject Crime was granted bail by this Court vide order, dated O1.O9.2O21, passed in Criminal Petition No,6292 ot 2021. The petitioner/A.3 is similarly placed as of accused No,1 and ultimately prayed to allow the application as prayed for.

On verification, it was found that accused No.1 in the subject crime No.187 ol 2021 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, was granted bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., by this Court vide order, dated O,-,O9,2O2L, passed in Criminal Petition No.6292 ol 2021. Since the facts of the case on hand are akin to the facts of the case in Criminal Petition No,6292 ol 2O2L, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A,3 on similar conditions, 5.

Accordingly, the petitioner/A.3 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2OrO0O/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate/ Nampally, Hyderabad, After release on bail, the petitioner/A,3 shall report before the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, on every Sunday between 10:OO AM and 11:OO AM, till filing of charge-sheet. 6.

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed, SD/- T. KRI]SHNA KU ASS ,TRUE COPY'
