Sri B. Ramulu, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition to file a fresh petition by mentioning the correct number of the Domestic Violence Case and the Court in which the same is pending now. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
