Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner alleges that lands to an extent of Acres 16.21 guntas and Acres 7.01 guntas in Sy.Nos.119 and 165 situated at Seethampet Village, Sujathanagar Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, was his ancestral property and he is in possession of the same. As the petitioner has boundary disputes with the neighbours, in order to avoid further disputes, petitioner submitted application to the Tahsildar - 4th respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundaries. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject lands, this Writ Petition is filed.

It is seen from the record that on 05.03.2018, application was made by the petitioner to the 4th respondent by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued by Mee-seva.

Since F-Line application is already made, the Tahsildar is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in

accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
