THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.42 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the orders passed in I.A.No.18 of 2015 in O.S.No.731 of 2010 dated 07.02.2015 by the XIII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file fresh application.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Revision Petition shall stand closed.
