When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.08.2024, no representation on behalf of the petitioners and therefore, to give one more opportunity, the matter was posted to 3O.O8.2O24 under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of the matter being Iisted under the caption '[or dismissal', today i.e. 30.08.2024 also, no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
