HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.15584 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " to issue an order or direction more particular one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not promoting the petitioner on par with his colleagues in compliance to the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.4632 of 2017, dated 02-09-2013 as capricious, unconstitutional, and as such liable to be set aside in the interest of justice with a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the Representation filed by the petitioner dated 22-04-2016 and to promote him on par with his colleagues as ADC/Controller along with all consequential benefits forthwith and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation. Since it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the respondents by way of representation dated 22-04-2016, it is for the respondents to consider and dispose of the same.

In view of the same, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
