HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18060 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an application for erection of cell tower is still pending, but without noticing the same, they have filed present Writ Petition, as such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same, with liberty to institute fresh writ petition, after obtaining orders from the competent authority, for erection of cell towers. Permission is accorded.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
