The averments made in the writ petition disclose that the petitioners do not have any personal interest but they are espousing the cause of the public. When suggested to the learned counsel for the petitioners, to file Public Interest Litigation (PIL), in a prescribed format as required to be made under the Rules he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file PIL by complying with the procedure. No costs.
