Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents.

Petitioner prays for Mandamus directing respondents to permit the petitioner to write the examination of left over paper of Law of Evidence in the month of November 2016. Petitioner submits that he had already submitted representation dated 22.10.2016 to the respondents in this behalf.

Learned standing counsel, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and disposed of along with other similarly situated candidates. The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
