THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.12021 of 2012 ORDER:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking the following relief/s:- "......it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of 2nd respondent in D.D.s.No.A4/10278/ 2012, Dt.
18.04.2012 as illegal, improper, arbitrary, unconstitutional and discriminative and set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case" Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. The learned Government Pleader for Endowments (Andhra Pradesh) and the learned Standing Counsel for the Endowments Department are present.
It is represented that in view of the interim order dated 23.04.2012 passed by this Court in this writ petition, no further orders are necessary and that the writ petition may be disposed of, as no cause survives for further adjudication.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as nothing survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
