I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed by the petitioner in the Revision seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Revision and for a direction to the Registry of the High Court to sent back entire suit record to the trial Court.

This application is not opposed and it is ordered. 3.

Therefore, the CRP.No.2830 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry to sent back the record of the suit to the Court below at the earliest. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
