THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.5112 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.186 of 2016 of Humayunnagar Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 356 and 382 read with 34 IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the parties have compromised the matter before the Lok Adalat on 16.10.2017.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
