There was no representation for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for hearing on 16.12.2016 and thereafter on 02.02.2017. It was accordingly directed to be posted 'For Dismissal'. Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, for the petitioner or his learned counsel.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution. Interim order dated 28.11.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
