HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16239 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in preventing the petitioner from discharging her duties from June, 2002 without giving any order in writing and without disclosing any reasons, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the interim order dated 28.08.2002 granted by this Court in WPMP No.20384 of 2002, the petitioner is continuing in service and, therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
