HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18174 OF 2019 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they were issued notice dated 14-08-2019 asking them to stop the construction in the house portions bearing H.No.2-82 and 2-82/1 at Gunthapally Village,Kondapur Mandal, Sangareddy District and they gave explanation on 17-08-2019. As on today, no orders are passed. But the respondents are taking coercive steps against the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the explanation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Till passing of such orders, status-quo existing as on today over the subject property shall be maintained.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
