THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL Nos.291, 557 AND 581 OF 2006 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) These appeals, under Section 37(1)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, are filed by the appellants aggrieved by the judgments and decrees, dated 17.10.2005, passed in O.P.Nos.700 and 702 of 2003 by the learned XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard. Perused the record.

This Court, vide order, dated 02.11.2022, passed the following order:

"Sri P. Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant in C.M.A.Nos.291 and 581 of 2006, seeks time to take steps to bring on record the current Managing Director of the appellant-Corporation in C.M.A.Nos.291 and 581 of 2006.

Post on 16.11.2022."

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in C.M.A.Nos.291 and 581 of 2006 that a letter was addressed to the appellant-Corporation in C.M.A.Nos.291

and 581 of 2006 and it was returned with an endorsement "addressee left". In view of these circumstances, the order, dated 02.11.2022, passed by this Court has not been complied with. 5.

So far as C.M.A.No.557 of 2006 is concerned, the learned counsel for the appellant therein did not turn up. It appears that the appellant therein has no interest to pursue the appeal. 6.

Under these circumstances, these appeals are dismissed for default.
