Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioners allege that they are the owners of land to an extent of Ac.04.38 guntas in Sy.Nos.338/1 and 338/4, situated at Garimela Village, Mancherial Mandal, having purchased the same under registered sale deed vide documents bearing Nos.8464 of 2014, 7766/2014, 7767/2014 and 8465/2014. While so, the irrigation officials trying to interfere with the possessory rights of the petitioners on the ground that the said land was acquired for expanding the Chinthalavagu Tank, Garimela Village, but, according to the petitioners the said land was not acquired. In order to avoid further disputes, the petitioners submitted a representation to the District Collector on 19.04.2018 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioners to conduct survey of the subject land, this Writ Petition is filed.

At this stage, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the petitioners have never submitted F-line application through Mee-Seva for conducting survey of the
land. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that no such application was filed and liberty may be given to file F-line Application.

Having regard to the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of and liberty is given to the petitioners to submit F-line application though Mee-Seva for conducting survey and demarcation. On filing of such application by the petitioners, the Tahsildar - 4th respondent is directed to examine the request of petitioners strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the F-line application.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed. ___________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J 30.04.2018 SS
