This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.124 of 2018 of Ameenpur Police Station, Sangareddy District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 02.04.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the Additional Sessions Judge, Medak on 08.08.2018, and S.C.No.279 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
