HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.4986 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner, who was the plaintiff in a suit for recovery of possession, has come up with the above revision challenging an order passed by the trial Court refusing to reopen and recall the suit.

2. However, it is submitted by Mr. V.V.L.N. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, that before the revision could be numbered and brought up for hearing, the main suit itself has been dismissed.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition has virtually become infructuous. Hence, it is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate all the points and filed appropriate applications before the First Appellate Court.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
