When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition owing to his deteriorating health condition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to say that the respondents shall settle the terminal benefits of the petitioner. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
