HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.21404 OF 2001 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent had informed the Court that in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court, the respondents have considered the cases of the petitioners and passed rejection orders dated 10.05.2007. It is also submitted that the petitioners have filed Contempt Case and the same was closed giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the rejection orders dated 10.05.2007. Therefore, the counsel submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructous. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
