This Court doth Order and Decree as follows:

'1 . That the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.3 of 20.,l4 filed by the claimants allowed in part and MACMA.No.3193 of 2O14liled by Road Transport Corporation is dismissed.

2. fhat the compensation amount awarded by the tribunal be and hereby is enhanced from Rs.2,74,0001 to Rs.5,33,200/- (Rupees five lakhs thirty there thousand two hundred only)

3. That the enhanced amount shall carry interest al 7.5o/o p.a. from the date of filing of the O.P. till the date of realization.

4. That the respondents be and hereby are directed to deposit the said amount within two months from the date of receipt of a r:opy of this J udg men t.

5. That on such deposit the claimants be and hereby is permitted to withdraw entire compensation amount

6. That the claimant be and hereby is directed to pay deficit court fee on the enhanced amount.

7. That save as aforesaid, the decree of the lower court do stands confirmed in all other respects; and
