CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.27130 of 2017 Dated:06.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by nonimplementation of order, dated 05.11.2015, in Original Application No.4817 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) placed before us proceedings, vide Rc.No.11500/A4/2012, dated 01.9.2017, wherein respondent No.1 granted notional seniority to the petitioners on par with DSC-2012 candidates basing on the date of their joining the service. He has also directed the Head Masters concerned for notional fixation of pay of the petitioners and to revise their pay scale for payment of monetary benefits to them from the date of their joining the service.
In pursuance of the said proceeding, the Head MasterZPHS Mall-Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, has issued proceedings No.200/MAL/2017, dated 01.9.2017, in favour of petitioner No.1 taking the follow up action as directed by respondent No.1.
Mr. P.Veerabhadra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that while the respondents have fully complied with the afore-mentioned order of the Tribunal with respect to petitioner No.1, the Head Master of the school in
CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.27130 of 2017 Dated:06.9.2017 which petitioner No.2 has been working has not taken follow up action as directed by respondent No.1.
Learned Government Pleader submitted that in case of petitioner No.2 also, the Head Master concerned will do the needful within one month from today.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, by placing on record the above submission of the learned Government Pleader.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.33703 of 2017 stands disposed of as infructuous.
