HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO COMPANY APPLICATION Nos.1489 & 1490 of 2016 COMMON ORDER The petitioner in C.A.No.1489 of 2016 is a private limited company and is a transferor company, whereas the petitioner in C.A.No.1490 of 2016 is also a private limited company and is a transferee company. Both the companies sought amalgamation of the transferor company with the transferee company. Board of Directors of both the companies held meeting on 8.8.2016 and approved the scheme of amalgamation of the transferor company with the transferee company. The transferor company is having eight shareholders and they have filed their affidavits accepting the proposal. The transferee company is having two shareholders and they have also filed their affidavits.
