Ramana Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Pollution Control Board, has placed before us a copy of the orders of the Pollution Control Board dated 1.4.2017 directing closure of the units of respondent Nos. 3 to 6. Sri K.Ravi Mahender, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that, in view of the Closure Order, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

As orders of Closure have been passed by the Pollution Control Board, it is evident that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
