Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

This writ petition is filed alleging that even though complaints were lodged by the petitioner on 14.09.2020, 17.09.2020 and 21.09.2020, complaints are not registered.

When the matter is taken-up, learned Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, separate G.D. entries were made and notices were issued to the petitioner. In pursuant to the notices, petitioner appeared. After looking into the grievance and verifying the relevant facts, petitioner was informed that nature of allegations made in the complaints are civil in nature and therefore, closed the complaints advising the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner sought to contend that on complaint lodged by the fifth respondent, who is working as police constable, crime was registered and investigation was completed and charge-sheet is filed, whereas, in the case of petitioner, the same was not accepted. 4.

If the petitioner has grievance with reference to the registration of crime reported by fifth respondent and not registering the crimes reported by petitioner, she has to work out her remedies as available in law.

Granting said liberty, this writ petition is disposed of.
