ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not fixing the pay of the petitioner by adding the past and removal period of service in pursuance of the award of the Labour Court in I.D.No.24 of 2000, dated 11.12.2002, as arbitrary and illegal.

The petitioner was appointed as Driver in the respondent-Corporation on 24.02.1984. While working in the respondent-Corporation, charge sheet was issued to him on the allegation of absenteeism, for which, he submitted his explanation denying the allegations. After conducting departmental enquiry, termination order was passed against the petitioner. Feeling aggrieved, the petitioner preferred I.D.No.24 of 2000 before the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Addl. Labour Court, Hyderabad, and the same was allowed setting aside the removal order by directing respondentCorporation to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service and attendant benefits, but denied back wages. Pursuant to the said award, the petitioner was reinstated into service vide proceedings dated 10.07.2003.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the

respondent-Corporation while reinstating him into service, has not given the continuity of service with attendant benefits as per the award passed by the Tribunal. Setting out his grievance, the petitioner submitted representation to the respondent dated 10.3.2014 and the same is pending with the 3rd respondent.

Having regard to the aforesaid circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation dated 10.03.2014 submitted by him within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in terms of the award passed by the Tribunal, which has become final.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
