ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that during pendency of the writ petition, the cases of the petitioners were considered and they were appointed as Junior Plant Attendants, however, notional seniority was not given to them.

In the present writ petition, the petitioners have not prayed for notional seniority.

The petitioners are at liberty to pursue their legal remedies with regard to notional seniority. For the present, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
