Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of 242 Square yards, which was acquired through gift settlement deed dated 25.10.2016. As there was mistake in respect of survey number the same was rectified by executing a registered rectification deed dated 17.01.2017. While so, some persons claiming to be the officials have interfered with her peaceful possession and enjoyment over the above house plot and put a sign board. Petitioner requested to remove the board which was erected in her site. Petitioner further claims that she submitted F-line application on 24.01.2018 and a receipt to that extent was also issued. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject land, this Writ Petition is filed.

It is seen from the record that on 24.01.2018, application was made by the petitioner to the respondents by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued. 4.

Since F-Line application is already made, the Tahsildar, Tullur Mandal-2nd respondent is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Andhra Pradesh. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be

- 3 - furnished to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
