THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.18 of 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.386 of 2007 pending on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor and transfer the same to the Court of the Additional District Judge, Chittoor to be tried along with O.S.No.16 of 2009.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of a similar petition before the appropriate Court. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
