THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.24 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 CR.P.C. seeking to withdraw M.C.No.10 of 2015 on the file of the Judge, Family Court - cum - District and Sessions Court at Nizamabad, and transfer the same to the court of Judge, Family Court, Sangareddy, Sangareddy District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
