THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1682 of 2017 In W.P.No.4323 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent. During hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue represented that Order Dt.08.02.2017 has been complied with by issuing an endorsement to the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader, I do not find any violation to the Order passed by this Court and therefore, the Contempt Case is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge said endorsement in accordance with law. The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
