THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.993 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 20.03.2013 passed in C.R.P.No.71 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kakinada, wherein and whereby reversing the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.957 of 2011 in M.C.No.3 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prathipadu. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that M.C.No.3 of 2011 was disposed of by the trial Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the very purpose of filing this criminal revision case has become infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
