O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondent herein in complying with the order dated 29.06.2000 in C.M.P.No. 6239 of 2000 in C.M.A.No. 332 of 2000 passed by this Court whereby the respondent-husband, was directed to pay certain amounts to the petitioner-wife towards interim maintenance within stipulated time, however it is observed that the same shall be subject to final orders in C.M.A. The learned counsel for the petitioner-wife has submitted that this Court, by judgment dated 03.10.2007, dismissed C.M.A.No. 332 of 2000 itself, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the closure of the Contempt Case, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
