Sri P. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition since a civil suit is pending against the subject property, hence, his client wants to pursue the same.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition therefore, stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the interim order dated 23.02.2012 shall automatically stand dissolved.
