The present revision is filed questioning the order, dated 29.08.2015, in I.A.No.125 of 2015 in O.S.No.575 of 2010 on the file of III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad, whereby and whereunder, the petition filed for impleadment of one S. Srinivas, was dismissed.

The status report placed by the Registry would show that the subject suit itself was decreed with costs on 24.11.2015, and the present revision was filed prior thereto i.e., on 18.09.2015. Therefore, the present revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
