This Revision is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 17-05-2010 passed in O.S.No.28 of 2008 by the A.P.Wakf Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Learned c ounsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 13-12-2013. The said submission is recorded. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, no further orders need be passed in this Civil Revision Petition. 4.
