THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12871 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to pass an order or orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the letter dated 25-02-2014 addressed by the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent requesting him to disconnect the service meter connection No.163300202 provided to my House No.5-53 as bad, illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and contrary to Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India with a consequential direction to 4th respondent to restore the power connection to Service meter No.163300202 to the House bearing No.5-53, Muthvelligudem, Ghatkesar Mandal, R.R. District and pass..."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner is in possession of subject property and the service connection has been restored for meter connection No.163300202 in House No.5-53 and no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
