This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in interfering with the petitioners' possession and enjoyment over their respective properties bearing Plot No.25 over and extent of 200 Sq. Yards, Plot No.24, over an extent of 200 Sq. Yards, Plot No.26 over and extent of 200 Sq.Yards, located in Survey No.336/2 of Sattenapalli, under the guise that the land of the petitioners is Government land located in Survey No.342/2 of Sattenapalli Revenue Village, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the 3rd respondent never touched or removed any properties in Survey No.336/2 of Sattenapalli.
