O R D E R:- The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though she made a representation dated 13.07.2015 requesting the 1st and 3rd respondents to remove the name of the 4th respondent and insert her name in that place as awardee in the Award dated 31.08.2013 passed by the 1st respondent, her representation has not been considered so far.

The learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has submitted that as per Section 13-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the competent authority has power to correct commission of mistakes, if any, apparent in the award. She has further submitted that the representation said to have been filed by the petitioner shall be decided within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

In view of the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to consider

the representation said to have been filed by the petitioner on 13.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
