THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36681 of 2016 ORDER:

Mr.O.Udaya Kumar for petitioner does not pursue the writ prayer, but requests the Court to permit the petitioner to represent through the 2nd respondent for consideration of continuing the licence granted to petitioner of subject open space subject to petitioner offering to pay the amount now quoted by respondents 3 and 4. 2.

Mr.A.Rama Rao, appearing for respondents 1 and 2, submits that if a representation is made with such a request within one week from today, the 2nd respondent will consider including the further enhancement, if any, given by respondents 3 and 4 and will take a decision in this behalf within two weeks therefrom. 3.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The request of the petitioner to represent through the 2nd respondent, as indicated above, is accepted. The 2nd respondent is given discretion to act in the matter in the interests of Corporation and pass appropriate orders. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
