HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14512 of 2005 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for respondents. The present writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 30.01.2004 passed by the 1st respondent vide D.Dis.(H6) 14/2002, in confirming the order dated 28.05.2002 passed by the 2nd respondent vide D.Dis.D/2680 and 2681/2001, as illegal and arbitrary.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that two other writ petitions, viz., W.P.Nos.15365 and 19466 of 2004 were also filed, seeking similar relief; however, the same were closed by this Court by order dated 17.10.2014 and, in view of the same, the present writ petition is also to be closed. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is closed. However, it is made clear that since the petitioners herein are not parties before respondents 1 to 3, if the petitioners have any independent grievance, it is always open to them to canvass the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition stand closed.
