THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2343 OF 2019 JUDGMENT:
This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioners/decree holders/appellants, aggrieved by non-issuance of warrant for delivery of possession in spite of eviction order passed in C.M.A.No.1 of 2017 and adjourning the matter by docket order, dated 22.07.2019, passed in E.P.No.18 of 2019, by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar. 2.
Heard Sri Pramod Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Perused the material record. 3.
The present revision is filed by the landlord, who succeeded in the suit in R.C.C.No.5 of 2008 and also in appeal in C.M.A.No.1 of 2017 and has also filed the E.P. and the same is pending before the trial Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that it is not proper on the part of the Courts to keep the matter pending for no reason and that mere pendency of the civil revision petition in High Court without passing any interim orders will not act as an injunction against the trial Court in proceeding with the matter.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the E.P.No.18 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
