The grievance of the petitioners is that in the operative portion of the conditions at Para No.7, instead of A-2 and A-3, it is mentioned as A-1 and A-2.

Hence, Para No.7(1) to 7(3) of the operative portion of the order dated 09.06.2022 is corrected as under: "7(1). The petitioners/A-2 & A-3 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Khammam II Town Police Station, within ten days from the date of this order, and on such surrender, they are directed to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties to the like sum each to his satisfaction. 7(2). The petitioners/A-2 & A-3 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case as and when required.

7(3). The petitioners/A-2 & A-3 shall appear before the concerned Police, on the days required for the purpose of investigation."

Accordingly, this application is ordered and the Registry is directed to make changes in Para No.7(1) to 7(3) as above.
