..... Petitioners And:

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of office order, dated 22.04.2015 in CFR.No.1909 of 2015 in O.S.No.168 of 2007 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Guntur.

Respondent No.1 filed O.S.No.168 of 2007 for specific performance of agreement of sale. In the said suit, the petitioners are defendant Nos.4 and 5. As they were minors, they were being represented by their next friend. They have filed the above-mentioned I.A. for

declaring them as majors. This application was dismissed before it was numbered by the lower Court on the ground that this Court in CRPMP.No.7610 of in CRP.No.5572 of 2009 passed an order on 18.12.2009 staying all further proceedings and that there is no evidence to show that the said C.R.P. is disposed of. At the hearing, Sri Kasa Jagan Mohan Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, placed before the Court order, dated 09.06.2015, of this Court in C.R.P.No.5572 of 2009, a perusal of which shows that the said C.R.P.

was dismissed and the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions filed therein also stood disposed of.

In the light of this fact, the objection on which the petitioners' application was dismissed no longer survives. In view of the same, the order under revision is set aside. The lower Court is directed to assign number to the application filed by the petitioners and dispose of the same on merits.

The Civil Revision Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.3379 of 2015 is disposed of as infructuous.
