When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, on instructions, that the subject vehicle bearing No.AP26TD 1314 has been produced before the learned Magistrate concerned in Cr.No.4 of 2018 of Sullurpet Police Station, SPSR Nellore District. Therefore, keeping it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sullurpet for necessary relief under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
