Petitioner claims to be the owner of the premises bearing D.No.4-20-1, JKC College Road, Main Road, Ring Road, Guntur. It appears that premises of the petitioner was affected in the process of widening of the road in the year 2008. Petitioner was not paid compensation, but he was assured of granting TDR bond. Several representations were submitted and all relevant information was furnished. Having waited for considerable time, petitioner applied for the information under the Right to Information Act. In the information furnished to the petitioner on 12.01.2016, he was informed that relevant documents were not furnished. Surprised by this, petitioner submitted a fresh representation on 15.11.2016 enclosing all the documents. According to the counsel for petitioner, said representation is pending consideration of the respondents. 2.

Having regard to the same, writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Commissioner of 3rd respondent-Municipal Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate a decision by a reasoned order to the petitioner.
