When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri V.Venkata Mayur, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that subject matter of the Writ Petition has rendered infructuous. She also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
